John A. Bartolotti, AIA, NCARB Partner

John A. Bartolotti is a Registered Architect and partner with Dalpos Architects, LLC. He has been practicing Architecture in excess of 23 years. Early in his career John began utilizing the latest technologies to develop strategic applications for emerging technologies and resources. Over the past decade at Dalpos, John has managed large projects with complex and demanding schedules and objectives which have driven the need for integrated design solutions. Most recently has has been pioneering a holistic restructuring of Dalpos' design process to embrace Building Information Modeling (BIM) and leverage its advantages throughout the entire design, construction and operation cycle.

James R. Miller, Jr., AIA, NCARB Partner

A strong focused commitment to project administration and attention to detail is what Jim has built his reputation on. Analytical by nature, Jim has the ability to methodically appoach any project, issue or challenge and develop a creative yet highly functional, well detailed solution. That refined skill combined with his innate talent to explain in simple terms how details go together, makes Jim a respected teacher and mentor in the office to aspiring architects, project managers, job captains and analysts. Starting at Dalpos as a project architect over twenty years ago, Jim has worked his way "up through the ranks" so he intimately knows how to effectively guide and train those at various levels and positions within the firm.

Cultivating talent, helping individuals develop their skills and developing the Dalpos team is why Jim heads the Human Capital component of the firm. He leads by example with his dedications and diligent work ethic; always emphasizing the importance of learning and building on the basics to become a great architect.

In addition to being licensed in 12 states and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Jim's vast experience covers a wide range of project type, size, scope and location.

John A. Ceresoli, AIA, NCARB Principal

With a concentration in healthcare design, John has over 25 years experience in the field of architecture. His vast body of work in healthcare design encompasses both acute care and long term care projects ranging from feasability studies to large campus wide facilities. At Dalpos, John oversees and directs the healthcare division, has a major role in firm marketing and business development and is actively engaged in overall firm planning and management.

John received a Masters of Architecture degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and is licensed in several states. He is a member of the New York Association of Homes and Services for the Aging.
